DGK-PC DD5-7JC is a weakly conductive and anti-static PC compound for extrusion and molding. It is suited to electronic trays, chip carrier tape, IC packaging reels, ESD blister trays and precision packaging components where stable resistance and clean surface appearance matter.

Can matte and high-gloss surfaces both be customized?
Yes. DEYU can tune the filler system, extrusion conditions and surface additives to target matte, semi-gloss or high-gloss appearance.
What is the target resistance range?
The standard target is 10^5-10^7 ohm. The range can be adjusted according to wall thickness, carrier tape geometry and ESD control requirement.
Is it suitable for chip carrier tape?
Yes. The grade is designed for extrusion-grade conductive PC, with clean surface appearance for chip carrier tape, IC packaging and electronic tray applications.
